There are two very important factors to consider when writing a wedding ceremony.  And they are the couple getting married!! Everything else is secondary to the couple having their choice, in all aspects of their day.  There are decisions to be made on a myriad of matters, but when we meet you will discover that Between Ourselves, the ceremony will be a tailor made and bespoke occasion, designed to meet all your requirements.

Organising and planning that special wedding day can be a bit daunting, with so many decisions to be made and arrangements to be put in place.  Should you decide to engage me as your celebrant, I will be on hand to offer you advice from the outset and to put your mind at ease regarding your ceremony. I am not a Registered Solemniser or Civil Registrar, however I can advise on all legal aspects required for matrimony in Ireland.  It is important to note that I am not confined by any protocols or procedures when it comes to deciding on the celebration that you desire. I will travel to the venue of your choice, and can offer advice and guidance on what might work in a particular location. Should you decide to include a cultural or religious piece in your occasion, then Between Ourselves we can work on how to integrate that into your bespoke ceremony.

I have a number of ceremony enhancements and readings that I will share with you at our initial meeting.  From that point I will begin work on crafting your ceremony, and send you drafts of the work to ensure that Between Ourselves, we are building towards what you envisaged.  I am a honest person, and if I think something doesn’t fit I will gently offer an opinion on this, but will be guided by you on what you want from the occasion.
